I WON the BlogTV Father’s Day Insomnia 24-hour Contest!

So as some of you may know, on Father’s Day (Sunday, Jun 20) I hosted a special BlogTV.com show. This show was a 24-hour non-stop broadcast! It was the first time I’d ever broadcast for so long (even tho i took some short breaks)!

There were many reasons why I did this broadcast, the first of which was for purposes of fund raising for “FAP” or the Featured Acoustic Playlist 2.0 (http://www.featuredacousticplaylist.com). People donated to the BTVfam through a Chip-In on my page which is still active. I raised over $250 during that show!

The second reason I broadcasted was because BlogTV was hosting special ads and banners on their site for that 24 hour period, which would give all partners a significant boost in ad revenue! And I am donating all the ad revenue money I made from that day and from the entire month of June to the BTVfam for FAP!!!

Finally, the third reason I did a day-long show was for the BlogTV Father’s Day Insomnia Tik Tok Contest!!! Basically, the host who brought in the most viewers over the 24 hour period would win, and I wanted to prove to myself that I could beat more successful youtubers and blogtvers! And guess what? I WON!!!

So I just wanna take this time to thank all of you who came to the broadcast to show your love and support. I know that none of you could stay with me the full 24 hour period, but I’m still so grateful! Thanks goes to all the cohosts that helped me stay awake during that time too! I had a great time, even tho I was delirious by the end of it!
